Every shop you bring on by 31 December 2026 earns you 3.6% of its delivery fees. Shops brought on from 1 January 2027 earn the standard 3%.

Merchant eligibility
A referred business provides a CIPC registration or municipal trading licence for review.
Referral tools
Active Partners can prepare a Merchant application, send its invitation, or share a referral link and QR code.
Portal visibility
The portal shows application progress, referred merchants, shop activity and aggregate recorded earnings.
Every shop you bring on by 31 December 2026 earns you 3.6% of its delivery fees. Shops brought on from 1 January 2027 earn the standard 3%. The 3.6% comes from eRunna's share, never the runner's: it is 20% of what eRunna earns from the delivery. The portal currently shows aggregate earnings; per-order statements and withdrawals are not yet enabled.
